Chapuis et Chapuis - Pet Nat (Aligoté)

The Pet Nat from Chapuis et Chapuis is bursting with green apple and pastry aromas. Unlike many other pet nats, the sediment has been removed (disgorged) and a cork has been used (instead of a crown cap), this results in a super clean and refined wine, a little more 'grown up' if you like.

Made from Aligoté harvested in 2022 coming from several sustainably farmed sites in Burgundy. This is one of Romain's only zero added sulphur wines, he says this vintage was so good and there was enough CO2 there to protect the wine, that the wine didn't require any sulphur.
